Turns very well, but may pop if turned too fast. As with the four-layer, it's a challenge for sure, but not terribly difficult so long as you have the cuboid corner-swap algorithm. Keep in mind that it does something slightly different when the puzzle has only three sides. However, with some basic logic, and the cuboid algorithm, I was able to solve the puzzle. This one doesn't have the "parity" that comes on even-layered puzzles, making it slightly easier.
