In don't know about the other customer, but the piece that I got was very good, smooth and with nice corner cutting. Maybe the quality is not consistent or its another version, however, DaYan has decent products.

Out of the box, I dont like it. Sometimes it stucks a bit. Maybe needs to be lubricated, or played for a while. I dont like the corner cutting at the cube. Also dont like the feeling of plastic. Wouldn't buy it again.
