I gave two stars not to the box of 12 puzzles from the picture, but to what I received instead when I ordered it.
Based on the main picture, I expected a box containing 12 differently shaped puzzles. Instead, I received 12 puzzles, but only 4 shapes, the same puzzle but different colors. 2 identical spheres, 4 identical cubes with round corners, 2 identical Penrose cubes, and 4 identical octahedral prisms. Only the colors are different. In fact, all 12 puzzles are exactly the same, only the shapes and colors differ. I contacted the service 9 days ago, my intention being to keep this puzzle and give the duplicates as gift, and order the ones from the main picture, but got no answer (despite the fact that they usually answered quickly and provided good solutions in other occasions, which are rare because usually I had no problems). The puzzles are good quality, they fit well, are stable, and are interesting to solve, hence two stars anyway. I wrote this to help other buyers know what to expect.
