The Tornado V3 Pioneer cube is the best cube I've ever touched. It is incredibly fast but not uncontrollable at all. The cube was delivered in exactly 7 days, and it was untouched.

The Pioneer version has elasticity, tension and magnet adjustment, corner to core magnets, and maglev instead of springs.
