Corner cutting is good, the cube is stable. However, it feels very fast and snappy; combined with the small size, this makes it harder to use and control. This may be mostly subjective, as hand size and turning styles obviously vary. I do not like the crispy, slightly sandy feeling of the turning. Even with lube, it doesn't feel satisfying to turn. But the overall performance is good, so 3 stars.

This is a very good 2x2. It corner cuts well and is very smooth. My old Gan 2x2 was not UV coated and it was little dry and slippery. This YongJun MGC 2x2 grips well and is much better.

I have been using the Gan 251 M Leap for years now. I have many. It is a fantastic 2x2. I have bought several newer 2x2's out of curiosity. I didn't care for the Qiyi M Pro ballcore 2x2 nor the Vin ballcore. They weren't anywhere near as good as the 251. This Beta is closer to the performance of the 251 and I enjoy solving on it. The Beta is more stable with its stronger magnets. Anyone that has used a 251 knows how flexible and fast they are. I will keep using the Beta for now. Totally worth the price.
